Ticket reserves the right to accept or
refuse items for consignment.
Pricing is agreed upon between the Consignor
and hot
Ticket.
We ask you to keep in mind that items priced
too high may not sell!
50% of the selling price is paid to the Consignor
once the item sells.
These items are NOT marked down on a regular
basis.
However, if a lower offer is made on an item
which has been here for several months, we will
call you, or we will make notations on your
contract.
There is no firm time limit as to how long
consigned formals remain in our store.
However, we reserve the right to have you pick
up certain items which may be seasonal with
an option
to return them for the season during which they
will be more marketable
January - June: Spring / Summer Formals,
Cruise, Prom, Season
July - December: Fall / Winter Formals,
Homecoming, Holiday Season
A $10 handling fee to cover up 2 to 20 dresses
per season is due upon consignment. There is
no charge for one dress.
We also reserve the right regarding consigned
items to ask you to reduce your original requested
sales price or pick up items based on lack of
customer interest.
Once notified and given a mutually agreed upon
pick up date, items must be picked up or may
become the property of hot
Ticket to disperse of in the manner of
our choice (reduced sale or donation).
Checks are issued monthly and may be picked
up or mailed.
Checks must be cashed within 90 days of issue
date.
Checks will not be reissued if not cashed within
90 days.

Ticket is fully insured for catastophic
occurrences.
However, items are consigned with the understanding
that hot
Ticket cannot be held responsible
for any individual garment that is damaged,
lost or stolen.
You understand that this is a legal contract
and you agree to all the conditionas as set
forth herein.
